Description of the academy: An established, highly professional language school situated towards the north of central Madrid, offering classes to Young Learners from 4 years old up to students taking Cambridge Proficiency exams. Windsor is the only school in Madrid apart from The British Council that is fully operating with interactive whiteboards. The school also has a rapidly expanding Business Unit, providing all types of language training to corporate clients. Windsor teachers benefit from an active training department, with regular teacher training workshops. Apart from English, the school also teaches many other languages including Catalan and Chinese.
Conditions of employment: Contract for academic year, competitive salary and transport costs paid outside of zone A. Only EU citizens or with working papers in order can be employed. TEFL/CELTA qualified applicants only please. Work available for the right people. Supportive friendly environment.
Salary: Windsor pays between 15 and 18 euros/hour net for contracted teachers and 21-24 euros/hour for self-employed autonomos with proof of alta.
