Minimum experience and qualifications required:
All teachers will undergo training with us; therefore, we do not require a TEFL or RSA.
However, all candidates must be able to demonstrate the following:

  1. A high sense of responsibility.
  2. The ability to maintain long-term interest and motivation of corporate personnel, from the chairman level down to the lowest echelons.
  3. The ability to adapt to the different personalities and temperaments of your students and to be equally effective in all in-class environments.
  4. The ability to be personable, endearing, and firm.
There is no minimum or maximum age requirement, although young trainers must demonstrate very special qualities to be considered. Candidates must have a university degree and/or extensive professional work experience. You must be in possession of a Spanish work permit or have EU citizenship.
