We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated teacher to work closely with our Didactic Development Manager across a wide range of projects related to curriculum development and quality control.

The key responsibilities of this position include:
- Materials preparation - specialised business courses and curriculum based resources.

Curriculum design in line with the CEFR (Common European Framework).

Management and maintenance of high quality standards with respect to teacher long term planning and measurement of student progress (objectives, exams and reports).

Research new methods and resources.

Management of teaching materials.

Teacher support and professional development.

Coordination of BULATS testing.

Execution and organization of Level Testing.

Classroom teaching and substitutions.

To be considered for this position you must demonstrate the following:
A native level of English and C1 level of Spanish.

Bachelor of Education, DELTA or Post Graduate Certificate of Education (or equivalent).

A minimum of 5 years' teaching experience, of which at least 2 years are in Spain.

Excellent attention to detail.

Development of materials such as immersion courses or specialised business English programs.

Evidence of long term planning and ability to set and achieve learning objectives.

Passion and empathy for supporting teachers to grow and mature professionally.

A participative, engaging and flexible delivery style to facilitate effective learning and communication.

Experience teaching adults in a business environment and knowledge of the needs of Spanish learners.

Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Advanced professional writing skills.

Strong Microsoft Office and internet research skills.

Knowledge of Cambridge ESOL exams and BULATS testing.

Experience with online teaching an advantage.
